- Jeffery Cernuto – Founder and President
As President of Princeton Communities, Jeff manages multiple entities involved in both residential and commercial development. He has played a role in the development of more than five thousand lots in various residential communities, as well as a variety of projects with a combined market value in excess of $500 Million. Jeff’s ability to maintain and complete all twelve of his active development projects during the Great Recession of 2008-2009 remains a key factor in the success of the company today, and those projects continue to pay dividends.
Prior to his 30+ years as a Real Estate Developer, Jeff owned and published a magazine in the New York City Area. He also received a patent from the United States Patent and Trademark Office and was subsequently featured in Entrepreneur Magazine and other national and regional publications. Jeff holds a BS in Business Administration from Kutztown University (PA) and an MBA from Pfeiffer University (NC).
- Michael Goudreault – Director of Legal and Acquisitions
Michael manages acquisitions for the company whether commercial, residential, or construction related. He has significant experience with real estate transactions, homeowner’s association law, and property management law, which he gathered from a successful private practice focusing on real estate transactions and litigation. A proud North Carolina native, Michael received his bachelor’s degree from Appalachian State University and a JD from the Elon University School of Law.
- Tari Stockton – Senior Accountant
Bringing more than twenty-five years of experience in the public, private, governmental, and non-profit sectors as an accountant, auditor, and tax professional, Tari’s varied background gives her the skills to analyze all sides of a project. Tari has spearheaded several software conversions, including the transition to a fully automated accounting system for the company. Tari graduated from the University of Idaho with a Bachelor of Science in Business: Accounting. She is a certified CPA in the State of NC.
- Andrew Epperson – Asset Manager
Andrew is a vital part of the team with his experience in asset management with a concentration on homeowner association management issues. Andrew manages a variety of holdings for the company including residential, retail, mixed-use, and office space. Andrew is a native of Sherrills Ford, NC, and earned his bachelor’s degree at the University of North Carolina-Charlotte.
- Steve Bridges – Special Projects Consultant
Steve brings twenty-three years of experience from North Carolina’s Department of Transportation to his work in real estate. While working for the State, he facilitated permitting for encroachments, driveways, subdivisions, and developments, and managed various projects. Steve has a strong background in civil engineering and has a unique expertise when it comes to state, county, and municipal regulations and requirements. He holds a BS from Western Carolina University and an MBA from Pfeiffer University (NC).
- Sherry Johnson – Office/Marketing Coordinator
With a background in graphic design, marketing, and historic preservation, Sherry understands how to oversee large projects, pay attention to the small details, and keep all team members on target and schedule. Her experience includes stints with several non-profit organizations including Historic Landmarks Foundation of Indiana and as a contractor for the State of Georgia, the National Park Service Southern Office and Savannah College of Art & Design. Sherry received her Bachelor of BFA degree in Graphic Design from East Tennessee State University and her MFA in Historic Preservation from Savannah College of Art & Design.
