Jeffery Cernuto

As President of Princeton Communities, Jeff manages multiple entities involved in both residential and commercial development. He has played a role in the development and management of numerous projects in the Carolinas from single family development to ground up retail. When he started Princeton Communities, he had a vision to create a flexible, innovative, and multi-dimensional real estate group that flourishes through entrepreneurial projects. While Princeton Communities has grown beyond his initial expectations, he still begins every project with the same goal; to better his community, his clients, and his team.

Jeff serves:

• As Chair of the Residential Neighborhood Development Council – Gold Flight for the Urban Land Institute Americas (ULI)
• As Chair of Mission Advancement for ULI Charlotte, ULI Charlotte Capital Market Council, and UrbanPlan
• As Chair of Iredell County Economic Development Corporation

Jeff achieved his undergraduate degree from Kutztown University and an MBA from Pfeiffer University.
